Job summary

Tandem Health is hiring in Milan for a full-time Global Medical Operations role. You will lead the rollout of our AI clinical operating system to top healthcare organisations, engaging with executives, medical leaders, and end-users to optimize workflows and adoption.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams, design scalable templates, and represent Tandem at conferences worldwide. Expect travel, bilingual communication in English and Italian, and high-impact growth.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in healthcare, ideally as a medical doctor.
• Exposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments.
• Passion for technology, AI, and transforming care.
• Strong communication with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians.
• Process-driven mindset and organizational strength.
• Ownership, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and cover critical moments.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead live product demos for prospective clients and support global commercial efforts.
• Design and adapt workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver smooth rollouts.
• Represent Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems to maximize clinician value.
• Build templates and prompts to evolve Tandem’s AI assistant.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimise internal operations.
