Vantive seeks a Digital Health Solutions Manager to drive adoption and growth of its digital solutions in Italy. You will bridge customers, commercial teams, and technical stakeholders to integrate solutions into clinical workflows.

You will lead digital initiatives, support sales with value demonstrations, and coordinate project delivery while ensuring regulatory and privacy standards are met. Fluency in Italian and English required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, Medical Technology, Healthcare Software, Connected Care, Telemedicine, Digital project management or similar environments.
• Experience in customer-facing roles involving digital healthcare solutions, software platforms, or technology-based services.
• Understanding of healthcare digital ecosystems, including EMR/EHR, interoperability, or healthcare software integrations.
• Solid project management expertise: planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead the implementation, deployment, and adoption of Vantive's digital solutions portfolio across Italy.
• Act as the primary customer-facing expert for digital solutions, engaging with healthcare professionals, hospital management, and IT stakeholders.
• Support Sales teams in promoting digital solutions and demonstrating their clinical, operational, and economic value to customers.
• Drive customer engagement activities throughout the lifecycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and long-term adoption.
• Take ownership of ongoing digital projects, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Clinical teams, and global Digital functions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support initiatives related to remote patient management, home therapies, connected care, and digital patient monitoring.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project planning, deployment, and optimization phases.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Track and support achievement of commercial and digital adoption KPIs.
• Ensure all solutions and activities comply with regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
