Tandem Health is building a clinician copilot for care teams in Italy, working with private clinics and expanding across Europe. You’ll win new customers by running a high-volume, consultative sales cycle and turning clinicians’ documentation pain into a clear ROI.

Based hybrid in Milan, you’ll partner with the Country Director and MedOps to scale adoption, shape the local market, and grow with Tandem’s learning budget, stock options, and a fast-growing, AI-native team.

Competenze

• 1+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in a target-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota with measurable results.
• Strong consultative selling approach with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Native-level Italian and professional English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle: qualify, demo, negotiate, close.
• Manage high volumes of meetings with a consultative, value-led approach.
• Present to clinicians and decision-makers, translating pain points into ROI.
• Nurture relationships to a live, satisfied customer, collaborating with Country Director and MedOps.
• Maintain ongoing customer engagement, upsell and communicate new developments.
