Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Global Margin Analyst to join the Global Finance team and support profitability analysis, planning, and performance management across regions, channels, brands, and product categories. You will report to the Global Margin Controlling Manager and work with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive insights and support strategic decisions.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Audit, Financial Analysis, or related Finance roles.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

Support monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
Analyze Net Revenue, Gross Margin, COGS, and profitability drivers across markets and channels.
Monitor business performance versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
Assist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Support margin and profitability reviews by region, channel, brand, and product category.
Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends, providing actionable insights to management.
Ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy across financial systems.
Collaborate with regional finance teams and business stakeholders to improve decision-making.
Participate in finance transformation, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
