Marionnaud in Lombardy seeks a Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A) analyst to join a fast-paced beauty retail environment. You will monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network, support monthly closing and reporting, and consolidate data from multiple systems to drive insights.

You will partner with Finance, Retail and Operations, participate in budgeting, forecasting and business planning, and prepare management reports and dashboards for internal

Competenze

• Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
• Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and interest in retail/beauty industry dynamics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of stores and retail network.
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights.
