Dolce & Gabbana in Milan is seeking a Corporate Controller Europe for Casa & Retail to support planning & control across Europe. You will work with finance and business stakeholders to oversee monthly closings and performance monitoring.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 2–3 years in Controlling, and strong Excel skills, SAP and Tagetik knowledge, with fluent English. This on-site position belongs to the Textile, Fashion & Apparel sector.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Controlling or Management Control, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury industry.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and management control processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Prepare and analyze monthly management closings.
• Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets, identifying drivers.
• Monitor operating costs with Accounting and business functions.
• Interact with stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Conduct cost analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support business performance monitoring via KPIs.
