Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Global Business Control Manager to drive performance analytics and leadership of budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. This role oversees P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow across regions, channels, brands and product categories, enabling proactive decisions and growth opportunities.

Competenze
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years in Controlling/FP&A, international Fashion/Luxury/FMCG.
- Strong planning, profitability analysis, performance management, and business partnering.
- Fluent in English; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and BI tools.
Mansioni
- Lead Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and business reviews.
- Own and evolve business analytics, performance management and KPI frameworks.
- Build best-in-class reporting across regions, channels, brands and categories.
- Monitor profitability, gross margin, working capital, inventory, capex and cash generation.
- Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Partner with HQ and Regional Teams.
- Drive finance transformation, automation and performance governance.
