Role Description:

DG Beauty is looking for a Global Business Control Manager to lead business performance management and drive the evolution of analytics, KPI frameworks and decision support across the organization.

This is a highly visible role with end-to-end responsibility across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, providing a 360° view of performance across regions, channels, brands and product categories.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming business analytics and reporting capabilities, helping the organization move from reporting results to proactively steering performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and business reviews.
• Own and evolve business analytics, performance management and KPI frameworks.
• Build best-in-class reporting across regions, channels, brands and categories.
• Monitor profitability, gross margin, working capital, inventory, capex and cash generation.
• Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Partner with HQ and Regional Teams.
• Drive finance transformation, automation and performance governance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A, preferably within an international Fashion, Luxury, or FMCG environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, profitability analysis, performance management, and business partnering.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and BI tools; experience with Power BI and Anaplan is highly desirable.

Compensation:

The compensation will be defined within a range between €50K and €65K, based on experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria aligned with the organization, such as:

• (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors;
• (ii) technical and specialized skills relevant to the role;
• (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility;
• (iv) job classification under the applicable collective bargaining agreement;
• (v) alignment with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions.
