Bending Spoons is seeking a legal professional to support cross-border acquisitions, due diligence, and post-close integrations. You will advise on financing, draft and negotiate confidentiality, licensing, SaaS, and technology agreements while applying sound judgment to manage risk.

Build scalable legal tools integrated with AI and stay ahead of regulatory developments to unlock value. A law degree with practical in-house or firm experience is required.
