Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Corporate Counsel on a full-time basis to advise on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to support high-impact initiatives and ensure lawful, scalable growth.

Key duties include providing governance counsel, drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, guiding regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, and leading due diligence for transactions while shaping policy frameworks.

Competenze

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership with corporate law experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.
