Quik Hire Staffing, on behalf of a global technology leader, is hiring a Corporate Counsel for a full-time remote role. You will advise on governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions across jurisdictions.

You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and drafting complex agreements. This position offers a globally oriented scope with high-stakes projects.

Competenze

• JD degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Active membership in at least one state bar with relevant experience in corporate law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
• Ability to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.
