Bending Spoons is seeking a talented and collaborative legal professional to join our global team in Milan. You’ll support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing, draft and negotiate technology contracts, and help build scalable legal tools powered by AI.

Permanent or fixed-term, full-time roles with a strong focus on growth, integrity, and high impact. You’ll work closely with our Finance and Business Acquisitions teams, stay ahead of regulations, and contribute to value creation across

Competenze

Ability to reason from first principles and solve complex problems.
Ambition, initiative, and tenacity with a strong drive.
Team spirit: support ideas and help the team succeed.
Proficient reading, writing, and spoken English.
Some experience after earning a law degree, in law firm or in-house.

Mansioni

Support cross-border acquisitions and advise on due diligence and post-completion integrations.
Advise on financing and capital matters with Finance team.
Draft and negotiate confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other tech agreements.
Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
Stay ahead of regulation and identify opportunities to unlock value.
