Bending Spoons in Milan invites a talented legal professional to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing and capital matters, and draft and review confidentiality, licensing, SaaS, and technology-related contracts.

You’ll build scalable legal tools with AI-powered workflows and monitor regulatory developments to unlock value in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. English proficiency and practical law experience are essential.

Competenze

• After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in-house counsel for a period of time.
• Proficiency in English is required to operate in our international environment.
• You have encountered challenges typical for a senior legal role.

Mansioni

• Support our acquisitions, advising Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions on cross-border deals.
• Advise on financing & capital matters in collaboration with our Finance team.
• Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts including confidentiality, licensing, SaaS and other tech agreements.
• Build scalable legal tools, forms, and playbooks integrating AI-powered workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
