Bending Spoons is seeking a driven legal professional to support acquisitions, financing, and contract work across borders. You will craft and review confidential agreements, and help build AI-powered tools to streamline legal processes. The role emphasizes English proficiency, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

You have a law degree and some in-house or law firm experience.
You can analyse complex issues and structure arguments clearly.
You demonstrate strong ethical judgment and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

Support cross-border acquisitions including due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
Advise on financing, capital matters, and equity plans with the Finance team.
Draft, review, and negotiate cross-border contracts (confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS).
Build scalable legal tools, forms, playbooks, and AI-powered workflows.
Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
