Qualifications
- A law degree and practical legal experience (firm or in-house).
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English at a high level.
- Ability to reason from first principles and structure ideas clearly.
- Ambition, initiative and high personal standards.
- Experience with employment and labor matters is advantageous.

- Guide employment and labor matters across jurisdictions.
- Support acquisitions, transitions and integrations.
- Manage disputes and coordinate with outside counsel and People team.
- Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Monitor regulatory developments and address evolving business needs.
