Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented lawyer to join our team as a highly capable legal professional. You will draft and negotiate cross-border contracts, support global product launches, and advise across the business on complex legal matters, from IP to regulatory issues.

You will work closely with product, compliance, and external counsel to mitigate risk, manage disputes, and develop scalable legal tools powered by AI.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles and identify details that matter.
• High drive, initiative, and ownership with a strong work ethic.
• Team spirit and willingness to support the best idea and help the team succeed.
• Proficiency in English in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Past experience after obtaining a law degree in a law firm or in-house counsel handling key challenges.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate cross-border commercial contracts (conf confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, tech agreements).
• Support product launches with external communications, legal terms, and policies, leveraging AI for first drafts.
• Advise across business with outside counsel to deliver practical legal advice on technology, product, marketing, and regulatory matters.
