Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented IP Counsel to join our Milan-based team. You will shape and execute the company’s intellectual property strategy and manage a global IP portfolio, driving protection and value across jurisdictions.

You will draft and negotiate IP agreements, coordinate disputes, and implement scalable tools to accelerate growth. A law degree and strong English are essential for this high-impact role in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve complex legal problems from first principles.

• Post-degree practice at a law firm or in-house counsel exposure.

Responsibilities

• Shape our intellectual property strategy and scalable processes.
• Manage our IP portfolio across jurisdictions and enforce rights.
• Handle IP disputes and enforcement with external counsel.
• Draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements with sound risk judgment.
• Build scalable legal tools including AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify value opportunities.
