Bending Spoons, Milan office, seeks a capable legal professional to join a small, high-performing team. You will support cross-border acquisitions, financing decisions, and contract drafting, while building scalable legal tools with AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-border acquisitions, advising Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions on due diligence, transaction documents, and post-completion integrations.
• Advise on financing and capital matters; collaborate with Finance on debt/equity financing, investments, and equity plans.
• Draft and negotiate contracts; review confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other tech-related agreements while managing risk.
• Build scalable legal tools; create forms and playbooks, integrating AI-powered workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulation by monitoring developments and identifying value opportunities.
