Technogym is seeking an International Logistics Distribution Specialist to join our HQ Team in Cesena, Italy. You will drive order-to-cash processes, ensure precise delivery planning, and support customers, sales teams, and service centers to deliver a premium customer experience.

You should bring 2–5 years in Customer Service or Logistics, fluent English (C1) and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. SAP SD experience and advanced Excel capabilities are preferred.

Competenze

Bachelor's or master's degree in foreign Languages, Economics, International Relations or similar fields.
2-5 years' experience in Customer Service or Logistics areas.
Fluent in English (minimum level C1 CEFR); Italian language a plus.
Customer Caring and Customer Orientation.
Knowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred).
Service business expertise; Project Management.
Financial Skills and Cost Management; Negotiation and strong communication.
Advanced MS Office pack use, especially advanced Excel use.

Mansioni

Execute 'order to cash' processes ensuring accurate and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing.
Support customers and sales teams to ensure a seamless delivery flow and well‑communicated process.
Plan and manage deliveries through the logistics portal, and assign activity closures.
Optimize stock movements and manage Purchase Orders to HQ when required.
Maintain the order portfolio and liaise with Sales to foresee backlog slippage.
Update IT systems with all relevant customer service information.
Provide feedback to customers' inquiries and manage post‑delivery surveys.
