Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy, is seeking a Technical Service Data Analyst to manage and analyze data across our Technical Service processes, collaborating with subsidiaries worldwide. Your work will drive service excellence and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
The role requires a Master's degree in a quantitative field, 1–2 years in a data-focused role, proficiency with ERP systems and analytics tools, English at B2 level, and willingness to travel internationally.
Competenze
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science)
- 1–2 years of experience in a data-focused role or equivalent exposure to data analysis
- Proficiency with ERP systems and IT tools (Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- English proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR)
- Willingness to travel internationally
Mansioni
- Perform in-depth data analysis for Technical Service KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Support Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU subsidiaries to streamline processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HQ and subsidiaries
- Deliver training to subsidiaries to improve service excellence
- Define and monitor performance improvement plans with periodic reviews
