Technogym is seeking an International Logistics Distribution Specialist to join our HQ Team in Cesena, Italy. You will drive order-to-cash processes, ensure precise delivery planning, and support customers, sales teams, and service centers to deliver a premium customer experience.

You should bring 2–5 years in Customer Service or Logistics, fluent English (C1) and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. SAP SD experience and advanced Excel capabilities are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in foreign Languages, Economics, International Relations or similar fields.
• 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service or Logistics areas.
• Fluent in English (minimum level C1 CEFR); Italian language a plus.
• Customer Caring and Customer Orientation.
• Knowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred).
• Service business expertise; Project Management.
• Financial Skills and Cost Management; Negotiation and strong communication.
• Advanced MS Office pack use, especially advanced Excel use.

Your Role

We are looking for an International Logistics Distribution Specialist to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). You shall have a positive and proactive mindset, as you will play a crucial role in the premium customer journey, executing 'order to cash' processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well‑communicated process flow. The role offers variety, empowering the team member to take ownership of the customer and relative processes from 'order to cash', of delivery management. We support a diverse range of customers, and each Customer Service Specialist works with assigned customer segments and territories, building close relationships with customers, the sales team and Service Centres.

Your Impact

Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing; Guarantee to the customer a Premium Customer Experience, managing the customer touchpoints; Frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, D&I job assignment & activity closing; Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Orders to HQ, when required, assuring the correct stock movement management; Assure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to foresee backlog slippage; Constantly update IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities; Assure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries; Manage a post‑delivery survey in order to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer.

What you should bring

Compensation Data

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 45,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
