innocent is seeking a talent for a Logistics & Customer Supply Intern to join our Supply Chain team in Milan or Madrid. You will support day-to-day operations across Italy, Iberia and Benelux, build customer relationships, and ensure orders flow smoothly in our systems.

Ideal candidates have an interest in Logistics, strong English and Italian, solid Excel skills, and willingness to learn ERP systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a degree programme requiring a curricular internship.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
• Confidence working with numbers and analysing data.
• Exposure to ERP systems or willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day customer supply operations across Italy, Iberia and Benelux.
• Build strong relationships with customers and help them succeed with innocent.
• Ensure sales orders are correctly received, checked and processed in our systems.
• Manage manual orders and help keep our order flow running smoothly.
• Handle customer queries, disputes and credit note requests.
• Work closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure excellent service levels.
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
