ITT Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and administer talent initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR, leaders, and employees to ensure effective execution of development programs and performance activities. In this role, you will help build a strong internal talent pipeline, support recruitment for key roles, and contribute to global HR projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR or Talent Acquisition in global environments.
• Experience in international or matrix organizations preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills; Excel & PowerPoint emphasized.
• Experience with HR systems (e-learning platforms, Workday, ICIMS or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent English required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and administer learning and development programs across functions and locations.
• Support training needs analysis with HR and business leaders.
• Attend and drive internal trainings with colleagues and external partners.
• Manage training calendars, communications and records.
• Monitor training completion and compliance requirements.
• Support leadership development and technical training programs.
• Analyze learning effectiveness and prepare reports.
