Qualifications

• 8+ anni in IT governance, IT strategy o CIO Office in contesto multinazionale.
• Esperienza nel coordinare stakeholder internazionali e lavorare in ambienti multiculturali.
• Esperienza nel budgeting e pianificazione pluriennale; prioritizzazione degli investimenti.
• Ottime capacità di presentazione e storytelling; avanzate PowerPoint ed Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordina la rete globale dei Country IT Heads per allineare mercati e priorità.
• Agisce da partner di governance per strategia IT, modello di governance e conformità a livello country.
• Gestisce comunicazioni esecutive e reporting, inclusi town hall, riunioni di allineamento e presentazioni al consiglio.

Overview

In this role you will lead governance and coordination across Amplifon's Country IT Heads to align local business needs with the Group IT strategy. You'll partner with CIO offices and senior leaders to drive strategy execution, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization in a multinational environment. You will shape cross-market governance, ensure value realization, and address local market requirements. This is a high-impact, strategic position at the intersection of business and technology.

Responsabilità

• Coordinate the global network of Country IT Heads to sustain collaboration and alignment across markets
• Serve as the primary governance partner on IT strategy, governance model, and compliance for country IT organizations
• Lead CIO communications and executive reporting, including town halls, alignment meetings, strategic reviews, and board presentations
• Drive annual IT strategic planning and multi-year roadmaps aligned with Global priorities
• Oversee global IT budgeting and forecasting to improve transparency and resource allocation
• Ensure country IT investments align with global standards and strategic goals
• Consolidate demand, portfolio, and investment priorities across countries and business functions
• Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and mitigate delivery risks
• Identify opportunities for standardization and reuse across markets to increase efficiency

Requisiti fondamentali

• 8+ years in IT governance, IT strategy, CIO Office, portfolio management, or technology transformation in a multinational environment
• Proven experience coordinating international stakeholders and working across cultures and boundaries
• Experience running budget and multi-year planning and prioritizing investments
• Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills; advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of IT governance, service management, risk, and information security frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus
• Track record with CIO office or executive leadership
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and work across a matrix organization
