Job summary

Amplifon in Milan is seeking an IT governance and strategy manager to align local business and technology needs with the Group IT strategy. You will coordinate the network of Country IT Heads and report to the Global IT Governance & Strategy Director.

The role offers a permanent full-time contract, a hybrid work model, €58,000–€78,000 gross annually, and an annual incentive equal to 15% of salary. Benefits include welfare plans, health insurance, pension, and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT governance, IT strategy, CIO Office, portfolio management, or related disciplines in a multinational
• Proven experience coordinating international stakeholders across cultures and countries
• Experience running budget and multi-year planning processes and prioritizing investments
• Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; Generative AI tools a plus
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001 a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the global community of Country IT Heads, fostering collaboration across markets
• Act as governance partner for Country IT organizations on IT strategy, governance, operating model and compliance
• Lead CIO communication and executive reporting, including town halls and strategic reviews
• Drive annual IT strategic planning and multi-year roadmap
• Coordinate IT budgeting/forecasting, improve transparency and resource allocation
• Ensure alignment of country IT investments with global standards and goals
• Consolidate demand, portfolio, and investment priorities across countries
• Monitor execution of initiatives and manage delivery risks
• Promote standardization and reuse across markets
