Job summary

Amplifon in Milan, Italy, seeks a Senior Specialist for IT Governance & Strategy to define and monitor the Group IT Strategy, manage budgets, and oversee procure-to-pay and contracts lifecycle. The role offers hybrid work and close collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Legal and Tax.

You will lead end-to-end processes with autonomy, mentor junior and external team members, and drive continuous improvement within IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO/IEC 27001.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems) or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management control, IT cost control, IT governance in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Solid analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion (or another ERP) and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with audits, tax credits or public/EU funding is a plus.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract lifecycle is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IT budget and forecast tracking, cost control and reporting, ensuring every figure is accurate and reconciled.
• Coordinate the Global IT Procure to Pay process ensuring the timely management of Purchase Requisitions, Intercompany cost split, good receipt and forecast reconciliation.
• Support compliance activities (e.g. policy adherence, vendor and contract governance, internal controls).
• Coordinate periodic reporting and audits, preparing structured, error-free deliverables.
• Maintain and monitor IT governance frameworks and procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied and up to date.
• Continuously improve processes through checklists, standardized templates and cross-checks.
