Amplifon è alla ricerca di un professionista Pricing & Offering per guidare il design e il rollout di nuove offerte, prezzi e modelli di servizio a livello globale, allineandosi con la strategia commerciale.

Qualifications

• 3+ anni in pricing, revenue management o offering in aziende globali.
• 2–3 anni in strategie/management consulting.
• Master in ambito numerico/analitico.
• Alta competenza in Excel e PowerPoint.
• Conoscenza di Power BI; SQL è un plus.
• Inglese fluente.
• Decisioni guidate dai dati e capacità di tradurre analisi in piani strategici.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, negoziazione, proattività e leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supporto design e rollout globale di nuove offerte, prezzi e modelli di servizio.
• Contribuire alla governance dei prezzi globali e monitorare la redditività per regioni.
• Supportare il programma Affinity globale, i lancio di prodotti e le relazioni con i partner.
• Assistere regioni/paesi nell'adattare linee guida offrendo collaborazione cross-funzionale.
• Progettare e coordinare intelligence competitiva globale integrando insight sui clienti.
• Manutenere dashboard e strumenti KPI; preparare analisi e raccomandazioni per il top management.

Overview

In this role you will help design and roll out global customer offering initiatives, aligning with commercial strategy to optimize pricing, portfolio, and services. You will enable Regions and Countries to implement global guidelines, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Retail Excellence. You will combine competition monitoring with customer insights to shape pricing and offers, while maintaining dashboards to inform top management. This position offers impact across global and regional levels within a leading hearing care company, with a strong data-driven culture. You will engage in strategic initiatives that drive growth and value for customers and the business.

Responsabilità

• Support design and global rollout of new offer, pricing and service models
• Contribute to global pricing governance and monitor margin performance across regions
• Support global Affinity program, product launches and partner relationships
• Assist Regions/Countries in adapting global offering guidelines with cross-functional collaboration
• Design and coordinate global competitive intelligence and integrate customer insights
• Maintain dashboards and KPI tools; prepare analyses and recommendations for top management

Requisiti fondamentali

• 3+ years in pricing, revenue management or offering roles in global companies, or 2–3 years in strategy/management consulting
• Master’s degree in a relevant numerical/analytical field
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI); SQL is a plus
• Fluent English
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem solving
