All European Careers in Milan seeks an IT Business Solution Manager to blend technical delivery, business analysis, and project support, translating business requirements into effective, maintainable, and compliant technical solutions. You will support both application and data initiatives with a focus on Microsoft technologies used across data integration, analytics, and reporting landscapes.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Italian, and be willing to work 2 days in the Milan office.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+5 years of experience in IT/business solutions management in complex organizations.
Strong hands-on capability in Microsoft data stack (SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI).

Mansioni

Support analysis, delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of solutions for markets.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical proposals.
Develop and maintain ETL / integration using SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory.
Maintain Power BI data models and develop Power Apps when needed.
Produce technical and functional documentation and support governance.
