Page Executive seeks a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer for a PE-backed intralogistics group in Italy. The CEO will coordinate all business functions, drive revenue growth, and professionalise processes in line with the investment strategy and value creation targets.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree and a strong commercial mindset, with a proven track record in manufacturing or intralogistics.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in intralogistics or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multinational industrial sales networks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central point of coordination across all functions and drive collaboration.
• Lead development and strengthening of the commercial organisation, representing the company with key customers and distributors.
• Own P&L for the company and drive growth, profitability, and value creation.
• Coordinate and optimise operational and project management processes for agility and efficiency.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans and present to the Board.
