Rochester Executive is seeking a CEO for a PE-backed building materials business in Italy. The candidate will lead international growth, oversee P&L, and drive transformational expansion across markets and channels.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering value in cross-border settings. Initial pre-deal work includes shaping the business case and growth plan; post-deal, the CEO will execute the strategy, build a high-performance team, and

Competenze

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; economics/engineering background valued.
Proven experience leading multinational teams with international exposure.
Track record of driving growth in building materials or related B2B sectors.
Fully accountable for global P&L with multiple functions (Commercial, Product Dev, Ops, HR, Finance, IT).

Mansioni

Establish trust with the PE firm and contribute to due diligence findings for Target Co.
Propose a post-acquisition business plan and growth strategy.
Lead the portfolio company post-deal, setting vision, culture and KPIs.
Engage with shareholders and current management to implement the new strategic framework.
Design and implement governance, reporting and control systems for international expansion.
