Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technology Quality Management Methods Leader to drive the Integrated Management System across the High Voltage Technology organization. You will ensure consistency of quality processes, support audits, and strengthen governance to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable products.

The role offers a global impact, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to advance quality practices within an international environment.

Competenze

• Engineering degree combined with strong experience in Integrated Management Systems and quality governance.
• Knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading or supporting internal and external audits and corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Lead development and governance of the Integrated Management System across High Voltage Technology.
• Standardize IMS processes and ensure consistent adoption with governance.
• Coordinate audits and drive corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Monitor process performance with metrics and data analysis to identify improvements.
• Provide guidance and training on IMS requirements to relevant teams.
