Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned HSE Assessment Program Lead to drive developing and rolling out the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program across BU Transformers and related units. The role requires coordinating audits, improving HSE management systems, and delivering practical actions to close gaps identified in global HSE audits.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HSE roles.
• Auditing, risk assessment, and incident investigation experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cultural change.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 19011, 45001, 14001; experience with ISO 50001 and 9001 is helpful.

• Create and roll out the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program across the BU.
• Ensure compliance assessments and inspections with timely corrective actions.
• Contribute to assess and improve BUTR HSE Management Systems.
• Support other programs by integrating assessment outputs for improvements.
• Maintain a practical problem-solving approach close to BUTR Units.
