Hitachi Energy is seeking an IT Compliance and Risk Specialist to contribute to the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of IT risk management strategy. You will ensure alignment with requirements and promote a risk‑aware culture across the IT organization.

You will lead risk assessments, support remediation, and coordinate training to raise IT risk awareness among stakeholders across global teams. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional IT experience with emphasis on IT risk and compliance.
• Experience in risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support, remediation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

• Contribute to IT risk management strategy alignment with best practices and regulations.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks; monitor risk across the unit.
