RADAR - Academy & Recruiting is seeking an HR Operations Specialist with a C&B focus to work across international stakeholders in a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role combines HR operations, compensation, and data analytics within a hybrid work setup in Italy.

You will contribute to an EU Pay Transparency project, manage performance cycles, and drive salary review processes while coordinating with global HR teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in C&B, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience managing compensation, performance, salary reviews, and total rewards in multinational environments.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive attitude.

Mansioni

• Support C&B and HR Operations during the integration phase with harmonization.
• Manage end-to-end performance evaluation cycles including MBOs.
• Drive salary review cycles, system setup, and compensation analytics.
• Develop cost-of-labor analyses with EU Pay Transparency compliance.
• Maintain daily contact with local and international HR teams and stakeholders.
