Saipem Offshore Construction in Milan seeks an International HR Compensation Specialist to join the Offshore Talent and Compensation Management Department. You will analyze compensation strategies, define grading systems, and support annual salary reviews across international projects.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR compensation, English proficiency, and MS Excel expertise. French is a plus; travel may be required. A hybrid working model is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, especially compensation.
• Experience abroad is a plus for this international role.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze and develop compensation strategies meeting corporate needs and market studies.
• Collaborate with HR functions in local branches to define grading, compensation structures and incentive plans.
• Monitor market practices in compensation to ensure competitiveness of the offer.
• Prepare analytical reports on staff compensation levels and policy effectiveness.
• Support the annual salary review process.
• Coordinate with external providers for compensation surveys.
• Promote transparency and communication regarding compensation systems.
