Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions with a strong presence in multiple countries, seeks an HR Expatriates Management Specialist to join the Human Resources function in Milan. You will monitor HR reports, plan workforce, and support expatriates hired locally while ensuring full compliance with local labor terms.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, a bachelor/master’s degree in economics or humanities, and fluent English, with real willingness to relocate

Competenze

• 2-4 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position.
• A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a strong plus.
• Fluent English spoken and written.

Mansioni

• Monitor HR reports & metrics for assigned management team, ensuring legal compliance.
• Plan workforce and manage vacancies through reassignment or recruitment.
• Support Milan HQ in managing expatriates and ensure local law compliance.
• Manage personnel hired locally in full compliance with local law.
• Drive local payroll implementation including timesheets and expense reports.
• Negotiate salary conditions and employment contracts with candidates.
• Initiate new hire paperwork and immigration documentation.
• Assist employees with HR queries during service life in the company.
• Provide advice on Compensation & Benefits questions and policy applications.
