Technogym S.p.A. is looking for an HR Business Partner International in Forlì, Italy. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience and be able to manage HR processes effectively in an international context.

Responsibilities include aligning people strategies, coaching leadership, supporting talent management, and ensuring operational HR excellence. The candidate should have a strong business acumen and experience in managing HR metrics to drive results.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HRBP or HR Management.
• Experience within a matrix organization and multinational environments.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Mansioni

• Manage all international facets of HR including people strategy alignment.
• Support talent management and development.
• Partner with local leadership for HR business strategy.

Conoscenze

8+ years’ HR experience as HRBP and/or HR Manager

Experience in Direct Sales Company

Strong facilitation and negotiation skills

Project management and execution skills

Strumenti

HR ERP systems, SAP/SuccessFactors
