You will translate business needs into configurations, guide customers from requirements gathering through deployment, and lead knowledge transfer while supporting AI adoption initiatives.

Competenze

• 7+ years in HCM software solutions or systems.
• 7+ years of consulting experience.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and trust-building abilities.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementations across multiple streams.
• Translate customer requirements into configured solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and transfer vision into configuration.
• Support testing, issue resolution, and post-production knowledge transfer.
• Engage in pre-sales activities and translate aspirations into configurable solutions.
• Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Participate in internal initiatives focused on optimization and AI adoption.
• Deliver 1–3 full-cycle implementation projects in the first year.
