Jobgether SRL is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager based in Italy to lead analytics and reporting for a global GTM organization. You will own the BI strategy, from data modeling and metric definitions to dashboards, reporting, and adoption, transforming data from Salesforce and other GTM systems into self-service insights for better decisions.

You will establish reliable revenue metrics, identify risks, and deliver analyses for weekly and quarterly reviews.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, revenue ops or related field in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience owning BI strategy and delivery, including governance of data and metrics.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on with modern BI platforms (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Sigma).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, CRM-driven reporting, and SaaS revenue metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, GRR, NRR).
• Ability to transform raw data into executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, ability to challenge requirements when needed.

• Own end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics (data modeling, metrics, dashboards, adoption).
• Govern trusted revenue metrics (pipeline, bookings, ARR/MRR, churn, NRR/GRR).
• Create executive dashboards and self-service reporting for weekly/quarterly reviews.
• Evaluate BI tools and balance build-vs-buy decisions for cost and scalability.
• Translate ad hoc questions into structured analyses and insights.
• Develop models for pipeline health, funnel, segmentation, attribution, forecasting.
• Collaborate with Systems teams to improve Salesforce and GTM data quality.
• Implement data-quality monitoring and escalation for BI metrics.
• Document metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting logic.
• Serve as analytics partner for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and leadership across regions.
