n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We enable technical teams to ship faster with the speed of no-code, while keeping the power of code.

Our team operates across Europe and the US with autonomy, directness and impact at the core of the culture. We’re seeking the first dedicated analyst behind n8n's go-to-market motion to own pipeline analytics, forecasting and account scoring.

Competenze

• 5+ years in sales, revenue or GTM analytics at B2B SaaS with ownership of the sales funnel
• Strong fluency in sales metrics: pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, win rate, ARR/NRR
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and data hygiene issues
• Forecasting experience and ability to defend models and explain numbers to leadership

Mansioni

• Own pipeline analytics and support forecasting across GTM motions
• Build models and dashboards showing pipeline status, coverage and velocity
• Run win/loss analyses beyond price and timing to actionable insights
• Define scoring for accounts/leads and sharpen PQL/MQL definitions with RevOps and product analysts
