Vertiv Group in Piove di Sacco, Italy seeks a Supervisor Data Analytics to lead a global team of data analysts, owning the full BI delivery chain from ETL with Snowflake to Power BI dashboards, and to govern data access across regions.

This hands-on leadership role combines project management with technical contributions, mentoring analysts, translating stakeholder requirements, and collaborating with IT, Sales and Finance to deliver scalable analytics that drive marketing and product decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or analytics roles.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Advanced Power BI skills: complex data models, DAX, governance, and app deployment.
• Solid SQL skills and ETL/ELT pipeline design experience.

• Own BI architecture, ETL pipelines, and reporting layers from data source to end users.
