Bystronic Group in Palermo is seeking a 2nd Level Service Technician to provide hands-on support to 1st Level teams, ensuring maximum uptime of Bystronic tube laser machines at customer sites worldwide, including system integrations.

You will install, test, repair, retrofit, and optimize CNC/PLC systems, mentor other technicians, complete service reports in CRM, and uphold safety standards across diverse international deployments.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in technical service: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or software.
• Hands-on commissioning of industrial machinery: install, test and startup.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and accurate documentation.

Mansioni

• Install, disassemble, revise, assemble, commission and hand over tube laser machines.
• Diagnose and adjust CNC/PLC parameters and perform software updates.
• Retrofit machines on-site, modify hydraulic and electrical systems as needed.
• Repair complex issues and mentor other technicians.
• Complete service reports and customer feedback in CRM.
