Job summary

Bucher Emhart Glass in Savona, Italy, seeks an Export/Trade Administration professional to coordinate project orders from receipt to final delivery, manage export documents, and ensure compliance with international trade requirements.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas to keep projects on track, monitor shipments using IFS, and handle documentation and bank communications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project orders from order receipt through final delivery.
• Prepare and review export documentation and letters of credit, bank guarantees, CADs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and internal stakeholders; monitor projects using IFS.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
