Bucher Emhart Glass in Savona, Italy, invites a Service Engineer Controls to join the global Controls & Automation team. You will deliver technical excellence on Glass Forming equipment, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training.

The role requires a customer‑focused mindset, independence, and continuous improvement aligned with BEG's global standards. Expect extensive travel and close collaboration with Engineering, R&D, and the Academy to share

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer in international environments.
• Hands-on experience with customer service in machinery/automation.

Mansioni

• Travel internationally approx. 70% of the time.
• Perform electrical installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, and repairs on customer sites.
• Configure and validate network systems (TCP/IP, routers, switches, remote access) for forming equipment.
• Prepare complete service documentation including trip, time, and expense reports.
• Provide customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety; support training content updates.
