Saipem in Milano seeks a Project Expediting Coordinator to join the Supply Chain, focusing on expediting activities and post-order support for onshore/offshore projects.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage reporting and budgets, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and shipping processes. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with willingness to travel internationally.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator in Oil & Gas or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage expediting activities coordinating internal/external personnel.
• Prepare project reporting and expediting budget.
• Oversee goods supply phases from engineering to shipping.
• Apply knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
• Support post-order activities (expediting, QC, shipping, customs).
