Job summary

Elemaster Group Electronic Technologies in Lombardy, Italy seeks an ERP Finance Analyst to drive evolution, standardization, and continuous improvement of the Group ERP system with a focus on Finance and Controlling.

You will act as a key link between Finance stakeholders and IT teams, lead process optimization, support digital transformation projects, and design scalable solutions that enhance governance, efficiency, and data quality across the Group.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of ERP analysis, implementation, or support in Finance/Controlling.
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Good understanding of manufacturing finance processes.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor LN (preferred), SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, or MS Dynamics.
Proficient in SQL and data analysis; English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support ERP implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement related to Finance and Controlling processes.
Act as the functional owner for core finance areas, including: GL, AP, AR, Cash & Treasury Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting and Cost Controlling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting and Consolidation.
Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
Coordinate testing activities, UAT, cutover preparation, and go-live support.
Support the design and validation of finance-related reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical models.
Provide functional expertise and guidance to key users and project stakeholders.
