Technogym, headquartered in Cesena, Italy, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for Private & Marketing to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across international markets. You will drive people strategies that support growth, sustain a values-led culture, and manage HR activities spanning Employee Relations, Talent Development, Payroll, and Budget control.

You will collaborate with HQ leaders to deploy the Company People Strategy, overseeing lifecycle management and workforce

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 6+ years in international roles.
• Experience in luxury products, technology, and health industries.
• Strong English and Italian communication skills.
