Job summary

D-Orbit in Italy is seeking a Business Systems & Continuous Improvement Lead to join the Operational Excellence – PMO team in Fino Mornasco. You will drive standardized processes, data reliability, and the ERP transformation program, coordinating with IT, process owners, and external partners.

You will oversee end-to-end PMO programs, translate business needs into solutions, manage supplier relationships, and track benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years in project management, business process improvement, or a comparable role.
• Experience leading programmes with external consultants or system integrators from the client side.
• Solid understanding of core industrial processes: procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, project control.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across stakeholders with differing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects end to end: scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders, handover and benefit tracking.
• Manage ERP implementation and enterprise systems landscape, including integration with adjacent platforms and supplier management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and challenge where appropriate.
• Maintain a consolidated company-wide view of programme scope, progress and risks.
• Map processes, quantify the case for change, and build an improvement pipeline with PMO leadership.
• Define and track KPIs to measure delivery of promised benefits.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to Head of PMO and governance bodies.
