The ideal candidate will have a Law degree and 5-8 years of experience in a legal department, particularly in the energy sector. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving timely contract execution. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as contract manager or legal counsel.
• Experience in energy or construction sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract obligations.
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance performance.
• Administer project communications and negotiate amendments.
• Manage contract claims and coordinate with Legal Team.
• Drive timely payment from customers.

Skills

Fluent in English and Italian

Proven track record in contract management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize under pressure

Experience with EPC projects
