Job summary

ENEL's Gridspertise unit in Rome is seeking a Legal Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international contracts and provide corporate legal support. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a hybrid work model and a clear path for professional growth.

You will handle M&A activities, due diligence, and risk assessment, coordinate with external law firms, and help digitize legal processes while maintaining compliance and strong English-language communication within a

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law with relevant legal training.
• At least 3 years of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Experience with commercial contracts and corporate law.
• Experience in M&A, due diligence, and public contracts/tenders is preferred.
• Bar admission is a plus; excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating domestic and international commercial contracts.
• Legal support for corporate functions and bidding procedures.
• Assistance with extraordinary transactions, M&A, and due diligence.
